1. Using CHERRY POP
The site and arcade are entertainment. Use them lawfully and do not interfere with other users or the service. Stop using the site if you do not agree to these terms.
2. Local games and future features
Arcade personal bests are stored in your browser only and are not globally verified. Games have no cash value or token prizes. Clearing browser data can erase scores. Global rankings, shared pressure, holder voting, and a community finale are not available in this release; no launch date or future delivery is promised.
3. Meme-token risk
If launched, $CHERRY is a speculative meme token. It can lose all value. Nothing on this site promises profit, appreciation, liquidity, exchange availability, or a financial return. The token is not presented as equity, debt, yield, a dividend, a revenue share, or a claim on creator fees. You are responsible for your own decisions and applicable restrictions.
4. Creator interests
The creator may hold, buy, or sell $CHERRY and may receive platform creator fees. Holders have no entitlement to those fees or project revenue. Trading and merchandise purchases do not improve arcade scores or produce token rewards.
5. Wallet safety and official links
This release does not request wallet connections, signatures, approvals, private keys, or recovery phrases. Follow only the official contract and Pump.fun link published on this site after launch. External token platforms operate under their own rules.
6. Merchandise and payment
Drop 01 offers the heavyweight warning tee. Shopify provides product availability, prices, cart, and checkout; Printify and its production/delivery partners handle the relevant fulfillment. Adding a product to the bag does not reserve stock, submit an order, or charge you. Check your size, variant, price, shipping, and taxes before completing checkout. No token or wallet is required.
7. Delivery and order problems
Made-to-order production happens before carrier transit. The applicable destination, shipping charge, taxes, and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Contact support@dontpopher.com promptly about delayed, damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders. Do not mail a return without instructions.
8. Final-sale policy
Made-to-order apparel is final sale for change of mind, customer sizing selection, or ordering error where permitted by applicable law. This does not remove remedies for damaged, defective, materially incorrect, undelivered, or otherwise legally protected orders. Contact support@dontpopher.com with an order problem.
9. Conduct and creative work
Do not misuse the site, distribute malware, impersonate CHERRY POP, misrepresent an unofficial token as official, or engage in fraud or market manipulation. You may share ordinary screenshots and links for discussion, but may not falsely imply official authorization or ownership of the character and original project materials.
10. Third parties and availability
Cloudflare, Shopify, Printify, Proton, jsDelivr, X, and token platforms are independent services. Features may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. The website is provided as available, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
